The children at Hills Montessori enjoyed participating in a new tasting experience this week as we showed them how to use the Banana blossom to make Banana blossom pancakes.

Following on from our visit from the elders last term, the outdoor classroom has been exploring Darug words with the children.

Hills Montessori is very thankful to the elders from the Wolkara Elders Group in Blacktown for visiting us yesterday and sharing information about First Nations Culture with us.
