Our Term 3 Social, Magic and Movie Night, was a fantastic way to end the term, bringing our community together for an evening of fun, laughter and connection.
A huge thank you goes to Smruthi, our Social Officer, and her wonderful team of helpers who once again created a memorable event for our families. Their organisation and creativity transformed the Don Moore Community Centre into a cosy movie space filled with excitement and anticipation.
The night began with a magical performance by Magic Craig, who had children (and adults!) laughing, gasping and eagerly joining in. As the lights dimmed, families settled in to enjoy our feature film The Snail and the Whale.
We were also incredibly grateful to Emily from @emazingfaces.au, who spent two hours painting faces non‑stop. Her artistry added an extra layer of joy to the evening, with children proudly showing off their colourful designs.
Thank you to every family who attended, dressed up, packed dinner boxes, and helped make the night such a success. Events like these remind us how special our Hills Montessori community truly is.
We wish all families a restful holiday break and look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday 14th October.
