Book Week 2025 was a fantastic celebration of literature and creativity at our school, with the theme "Book an Adventure." Each classroom embraced the spirit of Book Week with unique activities and themes, making it a memorable experience for all the children.
During the last week of term our school celebrated Pyjama Day together. Lots of cozy and fun filled activities were had throughout the different classrooms.
Today we had a special visit from seven Wolkara Elders from the Blacktown/Lalor Park area who spent time with our children enjoying activities together.
Today we made some delicious healthy food using fresh ingredients from our garden. It was wonderful to see all the children enthusiastically involved and many enjoyed trying something new!

Welcome to our two new chickens - Cow & Orange who have been donated to the school by the Henriquez family.
Kindy enjoyed their first excursion for the year on Friday! A walking adventure to a local park for a picnic lunch and special time together exploring our local area.

Harmony Week was celebrated throughout the school, with each class engaging in activities that promoted inclusiveness and respect for cultural diversity. The highlight from the week included the amazing artworks created by each classroom and the group performances from each class of the songs they have been learning that promote diversity and acceptance.
Hills Montessori's Open Day will be on Saturday 5th April 2025. We would like to invite families who would like to explore our nurturing environment and innovative programs to join us. We celebrate each child's unique journey towards becoming self-motivated, independent learners.
