Our Staff

We have a commitment to employing, wherever possible, Directresses who hold an Association Montessori International (AMI) Diploma conducted by the AMI training institute which Maria Montessori herself established. We have also employed Early Childhood trained Teachers, as required by the NSW Department of Community Services.

The Directresses will plan the programs that are based on each child’s individual needs with a major emphasis on life skills that prepare the child for the future.  

The Assistants in the classroom are trained in the application of Montessori principles.
